A Partnership That Saves Lives: Destin Charity Wine Auction Supports Level II NICU

Since 2006, the Destin Charity Wine Auction has been a dedicated partner of Ascension Sacred Heart Emerald Coast, helping to advance care for our smallest and most vulnerable patients. Over the past 19 years, their generosity has contributed $3.1 million in lifetime giving, leaving a lasting impact on families across our community.

At a recent check presentation, the Wine Auction donated $210,000 to fund critical equipment for the Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. This funding will provide fetal heart monitors, Giraffe warmers, and other essential technology that enhances the care our NICU team can provide. These resources allow our staff to monitor babies more closely, maintain optimal warmth, and respond quickly to the unique needs of each newborn, giving them the best possible start in life.
